A garden under development
Throughout Henne Kirkeby Kro’s two centuries long history the garden has been providing the kitchen with vegetables, berries, root vegetables and herbs. Even to this day, the garden plays an important role, and for this reason we are constantly expanding and improving the design of the garden.
The closeness to the North Sea makes our vegetables grow a little bit slower and adds a little bit more flavor.
